The health and well-being of our team members, customers, and local communities is our top priority. During these rapidly evolving times, Milgard is actively monitoring communications from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the various State Departments of Public Health to ensure our teams are meeting or exceeding the latest recommendations outlined by these health and safety experts. 

Service Appointment Precautions

Milgard Service Technicians are adhering to CDC guidelines for preventive care when performing their service visit. If you have an illness or any of the following symptoms related to Coronavirus (COVID-19): Fever and/or cough or difficulty breathing, we ask that you contact us at 1-800-MILGARD to reschedule your appointment.

While performing service, our technicians will:

  • Adhere to CDC guidelines for preventative care, and use enhanced safety protocol.
  • If a homeowner is presenting symptoms of illness, our Service Technicians will stop the appointment and work with supervisors to get the appointment rescheduled. This is for everyone’s safety.
