Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do it, you won’t be disappointed! I have lived in my condo for 27 years, and the windows were old when I moved in. Finally decided to get new ones, and I highly recommend the Milgard windows. They work beautifully, are well constructed, and I’m not afraid that they’re going to fall out if I try to take them out to clean them. What a difference clean windows and screens make. Very satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Milgard had exactly what we wanted Of all the choices of replacement sliding door companies, Milgard was the only one that had exactly what we were looking for, aluminum bronze, to match our windows. The pricing was fair and the install excellent. A great team of installers did a superb job. Very happy with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what we were looking for 1960's Eichler style home with aluminum sliding doors, needed replaced along with 9 pieces of frameless full-hgt. glass units. Doors worked perfectly style-wise, ease and quietness of operation is a plus. Retained look of home, noticeable change in keeping cold out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from *WARNING* WATER DAMAGE If you want dripping wet windows and water damage to your home- these windows are for you. For us this has been the worst product experience we've ever had. We moved into a brand new home in October and with the cold weather shift our windows were drenched in water (condensation) leaving puddles on the sills. I have to leave towels near all windows and wipe them dry every morning, but they drip all night long and I cannot keep up with it. I wish I could show the many photos and videos of this problem on here, but I will have to do that on other platforms. A rep from the company finally graced us with his presence to inspect the problem only to say it was a "normal and known problem for these windows but people still buy them." He was condescending, arrogant, and woefully uninterested in even looking at the windows and damages while in our home. He said it was an environmental issue - to which I pointed out that my neighbor's across the street had the exact same product and didn't have this problem, which means there is something VERY WRONG with our specific windows. He told us we would need to get them replaced, but that it wouldn't be covered by Milgard's warranty. He also referenced my concerns about the potential for mold and health issues if it wasn't taken care as the reason to have them replaced. This is because the widow is not separating from the sill, warping, leaving massive gaps for water to drip down into the wall. I'm not being dramatic when I say this is a serious problem! We will not stop sharing our experience, we will be posting this on as many websites as possible until Milgard makes this right on all fronts- windows, damages, and all. It's completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed for knowingly putting customers through this.
